Printz Dance Project will be holding an open audition for a new, evening length show to premiere late 2011 at Z Space/Theater Artaud, SF
PDP is looking for male and female dancers with skills in a mix of any of the following styles: contemporary, modern, jazz, hip-hop and strong ability to partner + vibrant, expressive performance quality.
This will be a paid project.
Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons. In addition, dancers must be available for a residency August 22-25. Load in/shows will be November 21-23 and November 27-Dec 4
Printz Dance Project: Printz Dance Project has performed in festivals, shared evenings and self-produced shows all over the Bay Area, including 10 home seasons at the Cowell Theater. The company has toured nationally from New York to Los Angeles and internationally in Russia, Lithuania, and Ireland.

"Hover Space" is an evening-length, dance-based performance piece set to have it's world premiere at Z Space (Theater Artaud), which will investigate what takes place in the rich, chaotic, risky, intimate, in-between spaces of life. It will utilize a large integrated set piece dubbed the "hover floor" suspended from the ceiling, live DJ, and contemporary dance. Check back soon for ticket information…

San Francisco Dance Center: Wednesdays, 4:30pm-6pm. Stacey Printz teaches her intermediate level fusion technique mixing physically charged modern dance with elements of jazz and hip-hop allowing student the opportunity to bridge the gap between dance genres. Her classes explore a blended style of dance focusing on musicality, syncopation, floor work and athleticism. She is known for her upbeat attitude and inviting classroom energy.
